Job Title: Spanish Speaking Consultant

Patrique Mercier Recruitment Nordic is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Spanish-speaking consultant in our online security software department.

This role involves providing expert guidance and support to Spanish-speaking clients on our online security software solutions. You will play a key role in helping clients safeguard their digital assets, offering tailored advice and solutions to meet their security needs.

As a Spanish-speaking consultant, you will work closely with internal teams to enhance service offerings and address client concerns. Your strong understanding of online security software and best practices in digital safety will enable you to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Consultation: Consult with Spanish-speaking clients to understand their online security needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Solution Implementation: Assist customers in implementing and optimizing our security software solutions.
  • Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and demonstrations to ensure clients fully understand product functionalities.
  • Feedback Analysis: Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for product improvement.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service, consulting, or in the online security sector is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of online security software and best practices in digital safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients enhance their digital security.
