As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Spanish-speaking clients to provide expert consultancy on digital solutions that enhance their business operations and online strategies. Your insights will be pivotal in helping clients achieve their digital transformation objectives.

  • Assess client needs and develop customized digital strategies that align with their business goals.
  • Conduct engaging training sessions and product demonstrations to ensure clients understand how to effectively use digital tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new service opportunities and enhance client engagement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and developments in digital technology to offer relevant advice to clients.
  • Assist clients in the implementation of digital solutions and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in a consulting, sales, or client support role, preferably in the digital solutions field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, technologies, and current industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage time effectively, especially in a remote work environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to solving problems.
