- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the digital marketing or technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
