Online Streaming Service Customer Service Ambassador

At our company, we are seeking a skilled Spanish speaking customer service representative to join our online streaming service team. This role offers the opportunity to connect with Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience while using our platform.
As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat support. You will assist customers with account inquiries, subscription management, and technical issues related to the streaming service. Additionally, you will guide users through troubleshooting processes, providing clear and effective solutions.
We are looking for an individual who is fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. You should have experience in customer service, preferably in the tech or entertainment industry. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude are essential. The ability to troubleshoot issues and guide customers through solutions is also crucial.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. They will also possess detail-oriented organizational skills and a passion for streaming services and knowledge of current trends in digital content.
