Job Description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Home Security & Alarm Systems Department. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for safety and security and are dedicated to providing exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding home security and alarm systems through phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries about product features, installation processes, and troubleshooting issues.

You will handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on pending inquiries. You will collaborate with technical support and installation teams to ensure customer needs are met swiftly and effectively.

You will educate customers on security best practices and the use of their security systems for maximum effectiveness. You will gather customer feedback to support ongoing improvement in product and service quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about home security and alarm systems.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the home security or technology sector.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and explain security system functionalities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
