Home Security Specialist

We are seeking an individual with strong customer service skills to join our Home Security team as a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative.
About the RoleThis role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about customer service and have a keen interest in home security technology. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding home security and alarm systems through phone, email, and chat.
You will assist customers with inquiries related to product features, system installations, troubleshooting, and service policies. Additionally, you will effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction and security. All customer interactions will be documented accurately and followed up on in a timely manner.
Collaboration with technical teams will be necessary to address and resolve more complex customer inquiries. You will also educate customers about home security practices, product maintenance, and new security technologies. Collecting and relaying customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives within the department will also be part of your responsibilities.
Requirements- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the home security or technology sector.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
