Home Security French Language Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused French speaking individual to join our Home Security team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess fluency in French (written and spoken) and have a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Experience in customer support or knowledge of home security systems is an asset but not required. The successful candidate will be a proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality customer support to French-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to home security and alarm systems, offering expert guidance and advice.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve any technical issues efficiently.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on products and industry best practices.
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or knowledge of home security systems is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
