Responsibilities

- Provide top-notch customer support to Czech-speaking clients regarding home security and alarm systems via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about product features, installation, troubleshooting, and service policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on any outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address complex customer queries and improve service delivery.
- Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement efforts within the department.
Requirements

- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the security, technology, or home services sector.
- Strong communication skills with a clear understanding of customer needs.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a dedication to providing high-quality service.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
