Job DescriptionThis role is perfect for individuals passionate about delivering top-notch customer experiences and dedicated to resolving complex technical issues. As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing personalized support to Nordic-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assisting customers with inquiries related to product features, installation guidance, and troubleshooting.
- Effectively handling and resolving customer complaints and technical issues to enhance user experience.
- Accurately documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of support requests.
- Collaborating with technical teams to resolve complex concerns and improve service standards.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the home security or technology sector.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric focus.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
