Job Description

We are looking for a consultant to provide expert consulting services to our French-speaking clients in the field of online security. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of online security software and best practices in digital safety.

  • Deliver expert consulting services to French-speaking clients to assess their online security needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Assist clients in implementing and effectively utilizing our security software.
  • Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations to enhance client understanding of our offerings.
  • Analyze client feedback and provide insights for continuous product improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client queries and enhance service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, consulting, or the online security sector is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of online security software and best practices in digital safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and offer actionable recommendations.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for assisting clients in strengthening their digital security measures.
