Portuguese Speaking Consultant Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Portuguese speaking consultant to join our team. As a consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in fortifying their online security frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to assess their online security needs and provide tailored software solutions.
  • Conduct evaluations of clients' existing security systems and recommend customized enhancements.
  • Deliver training sessions for clients to effectively utilize security software, ensuring optimum protection and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of implemented security solutions, providing ongoing support and adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless implementation and integration of cybersecurity measures.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients to address concerns and demonstrate commitment to their security success.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in cybersecurity best practices and technologies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in cybersecurity consulting, particularly in the realm of online security software.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and security protocols.
  • Exceptional analytical skills for assessing client needs and evaluating software solutions.
  • Able to articulate complex cybersecurity concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and cybersecurity tools.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to client relationship management.
