As a consultant for online security software, you will play a pivotal role in protecting clients' digital environments across the Nordic region. Based in Athens, this position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise and passion for cybersecurity to deliver exceptional consulting services.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Iceland to understand their specific online security needs and provide tailored software solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to implement and optimize our security software, ensuring seamless integration and maximum benefits.
  • Develop and lead training sessions and workshops to empower clients with the knowledge and skills required to effectively utilize our software.
  • Analyze client feedback to inform product improvement initiatives and drive continuous innovation.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and enhance service delivery, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional results.

To excel in this role, you will require:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, or Finnish) along with English.
  • Proven experience in customer service, consulting, or a related field within the online security industry.
  • A deep understanding of online security software and best practices in digital safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Strong analytical mindset, enabling you to provide actionable recommendations and drive business outcomes.
