Are you a Nordic language expert looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a consultant to join our Online Security Software Department in Athens. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch consultancy support to clients who speak Nordic languages. Your expertise will play a vital role in helping them protect their online environments effectively.
About the Role- You will provide exceptional support to clients regarding our online security software products, assessing their needs and recommending personalized security solutions.
- Facilitate product demonstrations and instructional sessions to ensure clients are equipped to use our solutions optimally.
- Accurately document customer interactions and requests in our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and participate in regular training sessions.
- Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is required.
- Experience in customer service, consultancy, or technical support is preferred.
- Passion for online security and a desire to help clients protect their digital assets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focused on building customer relationships.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
