Nordic Language Expert for Financial Operations Support

Your Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in Nordic languages via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to financial crime prevention and resolution.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic attitude in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately for monitoring and improvement purposes.
- Collaborate with your team to ensure effective service delivery and compliance.
- Participate in training to stay informed about regulations and best practices.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) is essential.
- Strong dedication to customer service and helping others.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
