We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nordic language expert to join our team as an Advisor. About the Role

The Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries and providing them with accurate information regarding our products and services. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a commitment to maintaining detailed records of client interactions and feedback.

This role requires fluency in at least one Nordic language (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and English. Previous experience in customer service or a similar position is also preferred. In addition to basic computer skills, familiarity with CRM systems is necessary. A passion for helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver top-notch customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback within our CRM system.
  • Work closely with team members to resolve any arising issues in a timely manner.
  • Engage in continuous training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar position.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
