Your Responsibilities- Deliver expert consultations to Nordic-speaking clients regarding effective search engine optimization techniques.
- Assess client needs and develop customized strategies to improve their online visibility.
- Educate clients on best practices and tools for achieving digital marketing success.
- Maintain proactive communication to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and support.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and suggest improvements based on client feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in search engine technology.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English is required.
- Strong understanding of search engine optimization concepts and practices.
- Experience in customer service or consultancy roles is preferable.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
