About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert consultation to clients regarding search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies.
  • Assist customers in effectively utilizing search engine platforms and tools to enhance their advertising campaigns.
  • Analyze client performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on best practices for search engine marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective implementation of client strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing solutions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or related fields is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of search engine tools and analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • A self-motivated individual who can work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
