Czech Speaking Search Engine Consultant

Responsibilities
  • Engage in one-on-one consultations with Czech-speaking clients to advise on search engine optimization and related marketing strategies.
  • Resolve technical issues clients may face regarding their search engine accounts and initiatives.
  • Analyze client needs and provide tailored recommendations to improve their search engine visibility.
  • Educate clients on best practices and the functionalities of various search engine tools.
  • Document client interactions and consistently seek feedback for service enhancement and satisfaction monitoring.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends in digital marketing and innovations in search engine technology.

Key Performance Indicators include delivering high-quality services, improving client satisfaction, and increasing revenue through effective digital marketing solutions.

Requirements
  • Fluency in Czech (spoken and written) is necessary; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and familiarity with pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Enthusiasm for helping clients reach their digital marketing targets.
  • Familiarity with relevant digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
