Online Security Consultant Job

We are seeking a seasoned Online Security Consultant to join our team.

As an Online Security Consultant, you will be responsible for enhancing client cybersecurity measures and providing top-notch security software solutions. You will engage with Italian-speaking clients to understand their online security requirements and recommend tailored software solutions.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' current security frameworks and propose enhancements to strengthen their defenses.
  • Deliver training sessions and support to clients to ensure effective use of security software.
  • Monitor software performance and analyze security threats to provide clients with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth implementation of security measures and effective client onboarding.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and innovations to provide informed recommendations to clients.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluency in both Italian and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in cybersecurity consulting or similar fields, particularly involving online security software.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, risks, and mitigation techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and formulate suitable security strategies.
  • Ability to distill complex cybersecurity issues into easily understandable information for clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and online security technologies.
  • Self-motivated and diligent in building and maintaining client relationships.
