Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training sessions for clients to maximize the effectiveness of implemented security measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT security services and solutions.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in IT security technologies.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English, with strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience in IT security or consulting, with a focus on client interaction.
  • Solid understanding of IT security principles, frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail in assessments.
  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and succinct manner.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and security tools.
  • Self-driven and proactive in building and maintaining client relationships.
