Patrique Mercier Recruitment Nordic presents an exciting opportunity for a Czech-speaking consultant in our Online Security Software Department. Located in Athens, this role plays a pivotal part in delivering expert consulting services to our Czech-speaking clients, empowering them to effectively use our online security solutions.

We're seeking an individual with a strong background in cybersecurity and a passion for customer service to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Czech-speaking clients to identify their online security needs and provide tailored consulting solutions.
  • Assist clients in implementing and optimizing our security software to meet their specific requirements.
  • Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations to enhance client understanding and usage of the software.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product development and service improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and improve service offerings.
  • Stay updated on trends and advancements in the online security industry.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Czech (spoken and written) is essential; English language skills are a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, consulting, or online security is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of online security software and digital safety practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful recommendations.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for enhancing clients' digital security measures.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is advantageous.
