As a French speaking consultant for IT support, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on cybersecurity best practices and risk mitigation strategies to our French-speaking clients.

Your Responsibilities
  • As a primary contact for French-speaking clients, address their IT support and cybersecurity needs with professionalism and expertise.
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet the unique security requirements of each client, ensuring they receive comprehensive cybersecurity solutions.
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving IT issues efficiently and effectively, using your problem-solving skills to diagnose technical issues.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in client systems and recommend targeted solutions to strengthen their security posture.
  • Educate clients on various cybersecurity tools and frameworks to enhance their security knowledge and capabilities.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and threats in IT support and cybersecurity, providing informed guidance and recommendations to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential for this role, while proficiency in English is highly desirable.
  • Experience in IT support, cybersecurity, or a related technical field is highly beneficial for delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and tools is crucial for identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
