Job Title: Czech Speaking Consultant for Online Security Software Department

Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to announce an opening for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Czech Speaking Consultant in the Online Security Software Department.

In this key role, you will engage with Czech-speaking clients to provide them with exceptional support and expertise regarding our cutting-edge security software solutions. Your main goal will be to help clients maximize their use of our products, ensuring their online safety and data security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultancy and support to Czech-speaking clients about our online security software.
  • Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
  • Accurately document customer inquiries and specifications in our CRM system.
  • Participate in training sessions regarding new software updates and security protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Experience in customer consultancy or technical support is preferred.
  • Strong interest in cybersecurity and online technologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Analytical abilities to identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
