Security Consultant for Online Solutions
About the Job:
We are currently seeking a skilled Security Consultant to join our team in the Online Security Software Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their online security needs and provide tailored software solutions.
- Conduct assessments of clients' current cybersecurity practices and recommend improvements.
- Deliver training and support to ensure effective utilization of security software.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of implemented security software and provide actionable recommendations.
- Closely collaborate with internal product teams to ensure alignment with clients' requirements.
- Proactively communicate with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in cybersecurity to provide informed guidance.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, with exceptional communication skills.
- Experience in cybersecurity consulting or a related field, particularly focusing on online security software.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and software solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Ability to simplify complex security concepts for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and cybersecurity tools.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and skilled in nurturing client relationships.
