Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is thrilled to announce an opening for a Spanish Speaking Consultant in our Online Security Software Department In this vital role, you will collaborate with Spanish-speaking clients to provide expert support and advice on our innovative security software solutions. Your primary objective will be to help clients effectively utilize our products to safeguard their online presence and ensure data protection.

Your Responsibilities- Offer consultancy and support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding our online security software.
- Identify client needs and deliver customized solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Accurately document customer inquiries and specifications in our CRM system.
- Participate in training on new software updates and security protocols.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
We are looking for a professional with fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) who has experience in customer consultancy or technical support. A strong interest in cybersecurity and online technologies is essential. Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach are also required. Analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot customer issues are necessary as well as the ability to succeed in a fast-paced team environment. Willingness to relocate and embrace new opportunities is a must.
