Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our cybersecurity team as a specialist. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, fluency in Swedish, and strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
About the Role:- The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective assistance with their antivirus software issues.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken)
- Very good communication skills in English
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills, soft skills, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with current Anti-Malware and Firewall products
- Ability to install an operating system and additional necessary software
- Knowledge of MAC, iOS, and Android Operating Systems
- Knowledge of Firewall, Antivirus products, and Security domain
- Knowledgeable in Windows X OS fundamentals and networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, WLAN)
