We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cloud Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive cloud innovation and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

As a seasoned expert in cloud computing, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the implementation and effective utilization of our cutting-edge cloud technologies and software as a service (SaaS) solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout their cloud journey.
  • Develop and implement tailored solutions to enhance client cloud operations, ensuring seamless integration and maximum ROI.
  • Assist clients during the onboarding process, addressing any implementation challenges and providing ongoing support.
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate clients about our SaaS offerings, empowering them to maximize their cloud potential.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to inform continuous improvement of our services, driving excellence in every aspect of our business.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Experience in cloud computing, SaaS, or technical consulting is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their application in business contexts.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for effective client consultation.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
