Nordic Speaking Consultant for SaaS

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant to join our team in the SaaS & Cloud Computing Department. As a Nordic Speaking Consultant, you will be responsible for connecting with Nordic-speaking clients to identify their specific needs related to SaaS and cloud computing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To connect with Nordic-speaking clients to identify their specific needs related to SaaS and cloud computing.
  • To provide expert consultation on selecting, implementing, and managing cloud and SaaS solutions.
  • To conduct thorough evaluations of client requirements and tailor solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • To work in collaboration with technical teams to ensure effective deployment and customization of cloud services.
  • To deliver ongoing support and training to clients, helping them maximize the benefits of their SaaS applications.
  • To organize and conduct workshops to educate clients on best practices for using cloud solutions effectively.
  • To stay updated with the latest advancements in SaaS and cloud technology to provide informed guidance to clients.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in one or more Nordic languages (such as Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in consulting or customer service roles focused on SaaS and cloud computing technologies.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS models, cloud computing frameworks, and related technological advancements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for building strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to help clients navigate complex business challenges.
  • Familiar with CRM systems, cloud platforms, and project management tools.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in engaging with clients and driving project success.
