Italian Consultant for SaaS

Job Summary:

Patrique Mercier Recruitment Nordic is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an Italian-speaking consultant in our SaaS & Cloud Computing Department, based in Athens, Greece.

This role involves providing tailored consulting services to our Italian-speaking clients, helping them navigate and implement our Software as a Service (SaaS) and cloud computing solutions effectively.

As a skilled technology professional with a strong understanding of cloud technologies and the SaaS market, you will be responsible for delivering customized SaaS and cloud computing solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Clients: Engage with Italian-speaking clients to understand their specific needs and deliver customized SaaS and cloud computing solutions.
  • Solution Implementation: Assist in the implementation and integration process, ensuring clients derive maximum value from our services.
  • Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and create supportive documentation to enhance client understanding and use of our products.
  • Client Feedback: Collect feedback from clients and collaborate with internal teams to drive improvements in service delivery and product features.
  • Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in SaaS and cloud computing technologies.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Consulting Experience: Experience in consulting, customer support, or related roles within SaaS or cloud computing is preferred.
  • Cloud Technologies: Solid understanding of cloud technologies and the SaaS market.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on client needs.
  • Motivation: Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction.
