Purpose:

  • Provide consulting services to Italian-speaking clients in the online security software department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Italian-speaking clients to understand their online security needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Support clients in implementing and utilizing our security software products effectively.
  • Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations to enhance client understanding of software functionalities.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and improve service delivery.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the online security sector.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service, consulting, or the online security field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of online security software and best practices for digital safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients enhance their digital security measures.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
