Technical Expert: Italian Language Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Italian-speaking consultant to join our Online Security Software Department in Athens.
In this role, you will provide exceptional support and guidance to Italian-speaking clients interested in our advanced security solutions. Your expertise will help clients enhance their online safety and protect their data effectively.

Your Responsibilities- Assist Italian-speaking clients with our online security software by providing expert consultations.
- Identify and understand client needs to deliver tailored security solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure clients can maximize our software capabilities.
- Document customer inquiries and feedback in our CRM system meticulously.
- Participate in training sessions for new software developments and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to achieve overall departmental goals.
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Experience in customer service, consultancy, or technical support is preferred.
- Interest in cyber security and online technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical abilities to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Ability to work well in a multicultural team environment.
