Nordic Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nordic-speaking consultant to join our SaaS & Cloud Computing Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and guidance to clients from the Nordic region.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of cloud technologies and software as a service (SaaS) solutions. They will act as the primary consultant for Nordic-speaking clients, understanding their specific needs and advising them on the best cloud solutions tailored to their business challenges.

  • Act as the primary consultant for Nordic-speaking clients, understanding their SaaS and cloud computing needs.
  • Advise clients on the best cloud solutions tailored to their specific business challenges.
  • Assist in the onboarding process and provide ongoing support for clients using our SaaS offerings.
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars to educate clients on product features and benefits.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to inform continuous improvement of our services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in cloud computing.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian) as well as English.
  • Experience in SaaS, cloud computing, or technology consulting is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cloud solutions and their applications in various sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for effective client consultation.
  • A self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple tasks in a remote environment.
  • A passion for technology and a commitment to professional growth in the SaaS/cloud industry.
