We are seeking a highly skilled Flemish-speaking consultant to join our SaaS & Cloud Computing Department. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology and have a strong background in SaaS and cloud services.

Job Description

This position involves working directly with Flemish-speaking clients to provide expert consultations that help them effectively utilize innovative technologies. You will engage with clients to assess their specific needs related to SaaS and cloud computing, providing expert consultation on selecting, implementing, and managing SaaS applications and cloud solutions.

You will conduct detailed evaluations of client requirements and recommend customized solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Collaboration with internal teams ensures the seamless integration and deployment of SaaS and cloud services. Ongoing support and training are provided to clients to help them maximize the use and benefits of their cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with Flemish-speaking clients to assess their specific needs related to SaaS and cloud computing.
  • Provide expert consultation on selecting, implementing, and managing SaaS applications and cloud solutions.
  • Conduct detailed evaluations of client requirements and recommend customized solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless integration and deployment of SaaS and cloud services.
  • Offer ongoing support and training to clients to help them maximize the use and benefits of their cloud technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Fluency in Flemish and English, with knowledge of additional languages being advantageous.
  • Proven experience in consulting or support roles focused on SaaS and cloud computing technologies.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS models, cloud service frameworks, and relevant technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and deliver appropriate recommendations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, cloud platforms, and project management tools.
  • Proactive and self-motivated in managing client relationships and driving project success.
