Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert-level IT support and cybersecurity consulting to clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to cybersecurity products and services.
  • Design and recommend tailored security solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions and product demonstrations for clients.
  • Document client interactions and technical specifications in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with development and sales teams to ensure seamless client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Experience in technical support or IT consulting is highly desirable.
  • Strong passion for cybersecurity and technology solutions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
