Virtual Reality Support Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Virtual Reality Support Specialist to join our team.

As a Virtual Reality Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers using our VR and AR products. Your primary focus will be on resolving technical issues, educating customers on product features, and collaborating with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries.

The ideal candidate will possess fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. They will have proven experience in customer service, ideally in technology or related industries, and a strong interest in Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality technologies.

A strong communication and problem-solving skillset is essential for this role. You must be able to explain complex technical concepts in a straightforward and engaging manner. Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
