About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Reality (VR) Support Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity involves working with cutting-edge VR technologies and providing exceptional support to clients.

  • Support clients through various communication channels, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Assist customers in understanding VR product features, benefits, and best practices, delivering detailed explanations and effective troubleshooting guidance.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex customer issues and enhance overall service quality.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in VR technology to provide relevant and accurate information to customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Core Skills:

  • Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, ideally within the technology or gaming sectors.
  • Strong interest in Virtual Reality technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to present complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
