Emergency Roadside Assistance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Roadside Assistance Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for providing immediate support to customers facing roadside emergencies.
Key Responsibilities- Promptly respond to emergency calls from Czech-speaking customers, offering reassurance and effective assistance.
- Assess customer situations and provide guidance, coordinating effectively with local service providers.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure seamless communication and service continuity.
- Maintain a compassionate and understanding demeanor, helping clients feel supported during stressful situations.
- Collaborate with a remote team to enhance service delivery and implement best practices.
- Engage in continuous learning to improve your skills in roadside assistance and customer service.
- Collect customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Fluent in Czech and English, with strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle emergencies calmly.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive attitude towards customer needs.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or emergency assistance is an asset.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively in a remote environment.
