Italian Speaking Roadside Assistance Specialist
Patrique Mercier Recruitment is pleased to announce an opening for a highly skilled Italian speaking roadside assistance specialist. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Italian and able to provide exceptional support to clients requiring roadside assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to roadside assistance requests from Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Coordinate with local service providers to arrange quick and efficient assistance tailored to client needs.
- Ensure continuous communication with clients throughout the assistance process, providing updates and reassurance.
- Document all interactions and service requests accurately in our CRM system.
- Maintain compliance with service level agreements while striving to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process enhancements and improve service delivery.
- Address client inquiries and resolve related issues with professionalism and care.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in customer service or coordinating roles, ideally in the automotive or roadside assistance sectors.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and provide effective solutions.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and relevant technical tools is a plus.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
