Slovenian Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistance

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to fill the role of Slovenian-speaking Emergency Roadside Assistance. As a member of our team, you will play a critical part in ensuring the safety and peace of mind of our customers who find themselves in emergency situations.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to emergency calls from Slovenian-speaking customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assess the customer's situation and provide clear and effective guidance while coordinating assistance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in our database.
  • Work collaboratively with local service providers to ensure timely assistance and resolution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy and understanding in stressful situations.
  • Participate in training sessions to continually improve service delivery and response techniques.
  • Offer suggestions and feedback for enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Slovenian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Superior customer service skills with a strong ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Previous experience in customer service or emergency assistance is beneficial.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong commitment to providing a high standard of service and fostering customer trust.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
