Responsibilities- Respond to emergency calls from customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Evaluate situations and provide clear guidance while coordinating with appropriate service teams.
- Offer compassionate customer support, ensuring clients feel secure and informed during stressful situations.
- Log all customer interactions and service requests accurately in the database.
- Collaborate with local service providers to ensure efficient response times.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills in customer service and roadside assistance techniques.
Requirements:
- Fluent communication skills in Slovak and English.
- Exceptional customer service abilities with strong interpersonal skills.
- Capability to maintain composure under pressure and problem-solve effectively.
- Previous experience in customer support or emergency services is advantageous.
- Proactive mindset with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
