Slovak Speaking Mobility Specialist

Are you seeking a role where your language skills will enable mobility for people and get goods reliably, punctually, and safely to their destination? We have an exciting opportunity for a Transportation Customer Expert who is fluent in Slovak.
This role involves handling truck and bus related inquiries and complaints through various communication channels such as phone, email or chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide case-closed support to our customers by identifying the issue, creating a case in our CRM system, and escalating the problem if necessary.
Additionally, you will handle customer inquiries regarding truck breakdowns, de-escalate concerns, propose solutions within set parameters, and refer to 2nd/3rd parties when necessary. Your excellent command of Slovak and good communication skills in English are essential for this role. A high school diploma or its equivalent is required, along with basic awareness of automotive roadside assistance procedures.
