Our Online Bookstore is seeking a highly skilled Slovak-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our dedicated team.
This pivotal role involves providing exceptional customer service to Slovak-speaking clients through various communication channels, ensuring a delightful shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Offer outstanding support to Slovak-speaking customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Assist clients with inquiries regarding book selections, orders, and account issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in continuous training to stay updated on products and improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language are clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong passion for books and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or fast-paced environment.
