This role involves providing exceptional support to hotel guests from the very beginning of their journey, ensuring a memorable experience that exceeds their expectations.
Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer support to Slovak-speaking clients regarding hotel reservations and hospitality inquiries.
- Address and resolve customer questions and issues efficiently, maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
- Document customer communications and maintain accurate records, collaborating with team members to meet department performance goals.
- Engage in regular training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and industry trends, driving continuous improvement in your work.
- Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential; please ensure your nationality and native language are clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality sector, is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset are crucial for success in this role.
- A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to excellent customer service are vital.
- Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential.
