Job Title: Slovak Language Support Specialist Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Slovak speaker to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all Slovak-speaking customers, handling their inquiries, issues, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide software troubleshooting and technical assistance for mobile devices, including mobile phones, tablets, and other comparable technology.
- Assist customers with managing and securing their accounts and passwords, resolving online store post-sales requests, and handling large volumes of incoming calls and emails.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts, fostering a positive experience and promoting long-term loyalty.
- Fluency in written and spoken Slovak is essential for this role.
- C1 level in English is required.
- Technical skills, including familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, are preferred.
- A customer-oriented attitude, willingness to provide exceptional customer experience, and relocation to Greece are also essential.
- Competitive gross monthly salary.
- 14 salaries per year.
- Monthly bonuses up to 200€.
