Customer Service Representative - Slovak Language

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in their native language.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding telemedicine services and pharmacy products.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and team members to resolve customer issues.
  • Engage in regular training to stay informed about product offerings and industry regulations.
