We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representative within the Online Shopping Platforms Department. The ideal candidate will be passionate about e-commerce, enjoy assisting customers, and possess excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude in all customer interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions to facilitate ongoing service improvements.
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet performance goals.
- Participate in training sessions to keep up to date with products and best practices.
- Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to customer service and supporting others.
- Experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries with patience and professionalism.
