Search Engine Specialist

Purpose:
Provide expert technical assistance to users navigating search engine tools and services in their native Slovak language.
Contribute to user satisfaction and platform effectiveness by resolving complex issues and improving overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical problems related to search engine functionalities.
- Guide users in optimizing the use of search engine features and tools.
- Document detailed interactions and solutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with technical teams to relay user feedback and enhance the customer experience.
- Ensure all user concerns are addressed satisfactorily through follow-ups.
- Fluency in Slovak (spoken and written) and excellent English language skills.
- Experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
