Remote German Speaking Emergency Roadside Support Representative

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic individual to join our team as a Remote German Speaking Emergency Roadside Support Representative. This role is perfect for those who want to help others while using their language skills to support clients in emergencies.

Responsibilities

  • Answer Emergency Calls: Respond promptly to emergency calls from German-speaking customers and provide immediate, empathetic assistance.
  • Evaluate Emergencies: Evaluate the nature of the emergency and coordinate with appropriate service teams for timely support.
  • Document Interactions: Document all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Communicate Effectively: Deliver clear communication to clients, keeping them informed throughout the assistance process.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with remote team members to share insights and improve service protocols.
  • Participate in Training Sessions: Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills in customer service and emergency response.
  • Collect Feedback: Collect feedback from customers to contribute to service enhancements and quality assurance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Conflict Resolution: Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service or emergency assistance is preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
