As a member of our customer support team, you will handle inquiries and complaints related to truck and bus issues via phone, email, or chat in a case-closed manner.
Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and resolving cases, collaborating with technical experts to resolve complex issues, de-escalating concerns, proposing solutions within set parameters, referring to second/third parties as needed, answering questions about customer service, technical and product matters, general corporate information, and appointments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on contacts.
Key qualifications for this role include an excellent command of French, good communication skills in English, a high school diploma or equivalent, basic awareness of automotive roadside assistance procedures, experience working with knowledge management systems, and professional expertise in ticketing and roadside assistance.
