Emergency Roadside Assistance Specialist

We are seeking an Emergency Roadside Assistance Specialist to join our team in vibrant Athens, Greece. As a key member of our support team, you will provide essential assistance to customers experiencing roadside issues, ensuring swift and effective responses to their needs.

This pivotal role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment while embracing the rich culture of Greece. Your main responsibility will be to assist clients in distress, delivering exceptional service and peace of mind during their time of need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle emergency calls from Czech-speaking customers with quick and professional responses.
  • Assess emergency situations and provide clear, supportive guidance while coordinating with service teams.
  • Ensure that clients feel supported and well-informed through the roadside assistance process.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and service requests in our database.
  • Collaborate with local service providers to deliver timely assistance and solutions.
  • Engage in continuous training to improve knowledge and skills in roadside assistance services.
  • Contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong customer service orientation with exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure during emergency situations.
  • Previous experience in customer service or emergency assistance roles is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to support.
  • A commitment to excellence in customer care and service delivery.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
